But
it didn't work fork for me. FreeSurfer and
manual tracings (done with ITK-Snap) loose their header info after
conversion.
FSL segmentations loose header info too but can be processed further
without any errors. :( I'm attaching screenshots before and after
conversion,
maybe it can be helpful. This is a manual segmentation done with ITK-Snap 2.4.0 I'm still trying to figure it out and will
share solution if i can make it :)
