Hi, I have been recommended to do both raw and ICV-corrected analysis.

There is an option in shape mancova analysis wizard to choose "scale" that allows you to introduce the ICV for correction.

This scale can furthermore be calculated from total ICV volumes.

Be aware of that all meshes shall be constructed using the same template; otherwise they may not be properly alligned for analysis.
