Anyone out there with Cygwin experience?

Since I did not get any response to the last E-Mail I wrote I would like to raise the following questions again, in the hope that somebody knows how to solve the problem. The problem is that our Brains2 cannot open the image for whatever reason. I have tried to recompatibilize the image with MRIcro in various ways, always with the same result: in the cygwin shell the lines

We had this problem with our Brains2 package before, which was the reason we chose to pre-process our image sets with MRIcro, but after upgrading to the newest Brains2 beta that problem seemed to have been solved. Now it obviously is back. Nonetheless, our native as well as MRIcro-ed images still work with Brains2, all but the one that was sent. In MRIcro I can open and view the image, even convert it in various ways, but it still remains incompatible to our Brains2.
