[Camino-users] preprocessing

Hi all,

I'm a new Camino user and I wanted to seek your advice regarding the 
pre-processing steps to be done before starting tractography in Camino. 
Are there any steps other than eddy-current correction and skull 
stripping that you suggest? Can any of these tasks be performed in 
Camino or should I use other programs (eg. FSL/BET) and then use the 
result with analyzedti?
