Subject: Tracating fibers

Hi all,

Is there anyway to truncate fibers according to some ROIs? I want to keep the segments of fibers connecting two ROIs.

When I seed tractography from ROI1 and keep fibers passing through ROI2 (by using procstreamlines -outputtracts -waypointfile), resulting fibers have parts which continue after passing ROI2. I wan to eliminate segments before ROI1 and after ROI2.

Thanks for help
