[Camino-users] [External] Connectivity Matrix Using FreeSurfer Parcellation

Dear Philip,
Thank u very much.
Are there any toolboxes or software u would suggest?
I have SPM and MRIcro in my mind, but not sure if they work for DWI as well
as anatomical images.
