thanks for your reply. I have another issue with using an anisotropy
file for the track command:<br>
<small> "Anisotropy image must be in the same voxel space as the
input data"</small><br>

I generated the image from the same dwi as the input principal
directions. Is there a way to check whats going wrong? Is it
possible to output the voxel dimension etc. from the camino Bdouble
file?<br>
I use the binary mask I used too seed the tracking also as
anisotropy file, everything works fine. As soon as any other image
is used as anisotropy file it won't work anymore.<br>

Sounds like you have this working. The warnings should not be an
issue.
