Hi folks,<br><br>I'm attempting to simulate 2D and 3D data with a q-space grid size of 11x11 and 17x17x17 along with 33x33x33 with further parameters of D11 = 2.0 x 10-9 <br>D22 = D33 = 2^-1/2(1 - FA)D11<br>mixing time = 66ms<br>diffusion gradient duration = 60 ms<br>bmax = 18,962<br><br>I also want to vary the FA from 0.5 to 0.9<br><br>However, I am unsure how to go about constructing these simulations with camino, especially with regards to specifying the q-space grid sizes.
