Hi there,<br><br>I am simulating diffusion data for crossing fibers and I was wondering if it is possible to see my diffusion tensor and Fa. I know you can use the software to find out Fa but I would like to set my Fa to be 0.8 and then I would like to assume D11 = 2.0x10-9 and D22 = D33 = 2-1/2(1 - FA) D11<br><br>Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated<br>Thanks<br>Claire<br> </div></body>
