<p>No, in short, it is not possible at present to model many fibers (by the way, modelled through restricted diffusion via Cylinders, and not Tensors).</p>

<b>Subject:</b> [Camino-users] Fitting analytic models (choosing number of restricted compartments)</font>
<div> </div>
</div>
<div>
<div dir="ltr">Hello, I'd like to ask a question about data fitting and data synthesis using analytic models.
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Is it possible to fit the data specifying the number N of restricted compartments?. For example, the CHARMED model that in Camino is codified as "Tensor GDRCylinders". Let's say I want to fit a single hindered compartment (Cylinders) and two restricted
diffusion ones (Tensor) in order to account for crossing fibers . Is it possible to do it? </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Thanks in advance. Regards.</div>
