<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">I am trying to introduce the transversal magnetisation decay in the brownian motion simulations: I succeed in constructing the corrected signal and related noise (I hope).</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Unfortunately I don't understand some things:</p>

<li>when the code calculate the phaseshift due to the presence of the magnetic field gradient per each measurement "i", of the scheme file, it considers TE related to the measurement "i" or the longest TE of the scheme?

</li><li>in the fitting algorithms, for example for DTI fitters, does the code consider the signal S0 (in absence of gradient) as that one effectively acquired when b=0, or as "N_WALKERS"?</li></ol>
