I just started to use Camino. In order to extract connectivity matrix with
deterministic tracking in whole brain I used the provided example data and
commands in your tutorial. unfortunately the output matrix based on minimum
FA (again I calculated it based on your commands) is not same as the matrix
shown in tutorial.</div>
