[Mrtrix-discussion] brain stem tracks

Dear Experts,

I have been attempted to reconstruct White matter tracts in the brain stem
without much success.
I used 3T MR data, and i found the resolution of ev map not near good
enough to seed the cranial nerve nucleus.

(For example, I have been trying to seed the "facial colliculus", in
attempt to identify the abducen nuclei and the Medial longitudinal
fasiculus that connects this nuclei to the trigeminal and the occulomotor
nucleus).

Are there any tips?
