[Mrtrix-discussion] nipype issue

you have  multiple mrtrix related crashes.. hard to say without looking at
the crash file.

check the crash file by typing
$nipype_display_crash 'crash_file.......'

a guess is that the mrtrix environ has not been initialized.

but mabye the nipype guys have some other thoughts.
