Caroline, a colleague from the Child Mind Institute (our largest sponsor), came up with the following list:</div><ul style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; "><li>1 Staffer – Stationed outside to help direct people (until 11pm or 12am?)</li><li>3 Staffers – In the doorway collecting tickets (as mentioned, we will let people through without tickets, but we want to try to keep out anyone who isn't and OHBMer); give one drink ticket to each person who walks in. (until 11pm or 12am; with one person staying the whole time)</li><li>2 Staffers – Run the Brain-Art door competition (until 9pm)</li><li>Do we need someone by the exhibition pieces to talk about them? Make sure no one bumps into them?</li></ul><div>We will be moving some of the art from the exhibition to the party, I think that Heather might be the best person for to monitor the art during the party.</div><div><br></div><div>We also have an onsite hand-drawn art competition, and will need people to run that aspect. We are providing paper and drawing utensils. </div><div><br></div><div>Otherwise most of the duties involve watching the door and handing out drink tickets to people as they come in. Chrissie, Maarten and I have already volunteered for the door.</div><div><br></div><div>Please let me know which of the tasks that you are willing to do. If we all pitch in then we will all have a better time. I suggest that we try to arrange shifts, so that no one is stuck in one spot all night. For example it would be nice if each of us would handle the door for one hour. During the start, we will need multiple people to prevent long lines, but later in the evening this would require fewer people. The drawing competition will only last one hour, it would be nice if the people that helped with this would also be willing to pull a shift at the door.</div><div><br></div><div>I would like to draw up a tentative schedule now, to make sure that we have all bases covered. Please let me know when and what you would like to do. During the party we will reassess to determine need. Please try to keep track of what is going on during the party, and pitch in as need.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, please let me know if you are around on Sunday afternoon and are willing to help set up the art exhibition.
