Emory University</span><span style="font-family:바탕;mso-bidi-font-family:바탕;

Mayberg Depression Neuroimaging Lab is seeking a research analyst that will
be focused on managing and processing functional and structural neuroimaging
data. The lab’s main focus is the use of multimodal neuroimaging methods
to delineate the structural and functional neuroanatomy of depression and
mechanisms of treatment.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Helv; ">Duties of the lab analyst include but are not
limited to conducting neuroimage post-processing, analysis and display of all
fMRI datasets and maintaining and protecting the RAID system used to store data
related to all ongoing studies. He/she will also be responsible for
coordinating distribution and sharing of large imaging datasets with external
collaborators in addition to supervising ongoing analyses performed by students
in coordination with the lab PI.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Helv; ">Two
or more years experience in the field is required to obtain the position. The
lab analyst must have extensive experience with MATLAB and LINUX, as well as
different imaging software platforms (i.e. SPM, FLS, AFNI, ...) used in
performing various types of analyses on MRI, FMRI and PET data.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Helv; ">Salary
will be competitive and based on experience and training.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Helv;color:black">MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: M.S. degree in computer science, engineering, neuroscience or a
related science field. Candidate must also have two years of research </span><span style="font-family:Helv;mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">experience (this could
have been concurrent with obtaining a M.S.), OR equivalent combination of experience,
education, and training. Must have extensive experience with image processing,
MATLAB, LINUX, and imaging software platforms used in performing various types
of analyses on MRI, FMRI and PET data.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Helv; ">For
