the capacity of The Neuro Bureau, we are preparing to file to become an
official nonprofit organization on the federal level (501c3). Towards that aim,
we need to create a first Board of Directors. Our aim is to build a
Board that is committed to the goals of The Neuro Bureau and is willing to
commit 5-10 hours per month to The Neuro Bureau’s activities. Primarily,
we aim to meet as a Board once a month via technological means available to
review and report progress. While project-specific committees will continue to
be at the core of the Bureau’s activities, it is necessary to create this board
to establish and maintain 501c3 status. Our goal is for the board to include
