Hi Cameron,

I had a bit of a logistical question - what computational resources will people be using/expected to use for these projects - whatever they have access to themselves, or will access to something be part of the conference?

I have updated brainhack.org to include a page for Brainhack 2012, to include a form to submit new projects and changed the header logo. Please look it over and let me know what you think.
For Brainhack 2012 we are hoping to seed brainhack.org with a few projects that will take place during the brainhack. Once you come up with a project idea please add it to brainhack.org. You can either add the post directly or use the "+submit a new project" form to submit the project and I will add it. Please do this as soon as possible, we are hoping to lead by example and set the tone for what we expect at the brainhack. Maarten has already come up with a cool project to develop a tool to automate the generation of figures. Other possible ideas include data-mining the neurosynth database, applying your favorite regularized covariance estimation to the estimating connectomes, or even just performing freesurfer on the ADHD-200 data. Let me know if you would like any help coming up with a project idea, or if you have any problems adding the project to the brainhack.org site.

Cheers,
Cameron
