In the best traditions of a last moment idea, we are starting to<br>
compose an abstract for OHBM which would relate to many of our ongoing<br>
activities since the main theme will be -- Containers.<br>

The overall goal is to provide an overview over existing popular<br>
technologies (docker, Singularity) including their pros/cons, their use<br>
in neuroimaging for establishing unified interfaces (bids-apps, flywheel<br>
gears, boutiques), and related tooling to actually assure reproducible<br>
computation (aspects of creation, execution, retention).<br>

Satra, Jakub, Dorota - I wonder if you are working on a dedicated<br>
abstract/poster for neurodocker and around. If not, or even if so<br>
-- I welcome you to join/contribute. One of the aspects I would like to<br>
mention is Containers QA/Verification. Or if you feel that such<br>
abstract/poster/paper was largely already "done" by someone -- please<br>
refer me to it so we could just avoid reinventing the wheel ;)<br>
