CCseg is an open-source software that allows a semi-automatic segmentation of the corpus callosum and provides volume information.


You can call CCseg by using the Graphical User Interface or by Command Line.

E.g :

 ./CCseg --gui 

or

./CCseg -I /biomed-resimg/Autism2/IBIS2/people/yben/5002-003-01_10_T1.hdr -M /biomed-resimg/Autism2/IBIS2/people/yben/5002-003-01_10_t2_fit_hard.hdr -A /tools/CCsegmenter_autism/Model/ -O /home/ -N test --sliceDir 0 --ReflectX --double --ComputeProbaModel

How to use CCSeg?

To compile several data, look at the example in Docs.

You can download a CCSegAtlas where there is the model.

Here is the description of the different files :

For Mac Users, if you want to use CCSeg :

Download the executable for Mac (Darwin).

Download Qt form this website :  http://qt.nokia.com/downloads.

Click on LGPL and Qt SDK for Mac(927 MB).

Install the package.

CCSeg will work now.
