Download the CCSeg software.

If you don't have a CCSeg Atlas, you can download the model CCSeg_Atlas_1.0 .

Execute this command line to use Graphical User Interface (GUI) :

./CCSeg --gui

or

./CCSeg --help

to use it without the GUI.

- Load the input data in the first tab "Input Data" :

- Play with the initialization parameters in the second tab.

E.g : for the example, we load an image :

Change the other component because the bigest component isn't the corpus callosum :

Rotate the contour of 180 degrees :

- Click on "Run/Continue" to compute and calculate the segmentation.
