Module Description
DTI-Reg is an open-source C++ application that performs pair-wise DTI registration, using scalar FA maps to drive the registration.
Usage
This module is especially appropriate when one wants to map a DTI atlas to an individual subject, or to perform registration between individual subjects.
Examples
Registration from DTI source image (DTI_source.nrrd) to DTI target image (DTI_target.nrrd)
Example 1: Simple affine registration
- Affine registration using BRAINS
DTI-Reg --fixedVolume DTI_target.nrrd --movingVolume DTI_source.nrrd --outputVolume DTI_source_warp.nrrd --BRAINSRegistrationType Affine
- Affine registration using ANTS
DTI-Reg --fixedVolume DTI_source.nrrd --movingVolume DTI_target.nrrd --outputVolume DTI_source_warp.nrrd --method useScalar-ANTS --ANTSRegistrationType Affine
Example 2: Simple warping (default)
- Warping using BRAINS
