You can make a page describing your data pre-processing and analysis procedures with as many details as you want and put a link and a short description on this page. You can put command-by-command processing instructions using whatever software programs you use and you can upload specialized scripts as a file or in the SCM repository attached to this discussion group and link to them in the text. Otherwise, just listing the references that best describe your current methodology along with a few comments would be good.

The goal is to make this section of the wiki a place where a new researcher can understand the breadth of analysis techniques or someone can more easily figure out how to directly compare different analysis methods.

RandPermute

randpermute.py is a Python program that does non-parametric random-permutation analyses of SAM volume data using AFNI. randpermute.py can handle F, t, and z statistical volumes produced by 3dANOVA*, 3dttest, 3dWilcoxon, and so on.
