FSL Extensions
FSL users have created many useful tools and this is a resource to help collect all the tools and make them accessible to others. FSL extensions include any modification to an existing FSL script, any new script that automates/improves/speeds your data analysis with FSL, or even a totally FSL independent tool ( e.g. based in Matlab) that is designed to work with the output of FSL. It could also be a link to binaries compiled for an unsupported system.
If you would like to add a new tool to this wiki please email Jeanette Mumford at mailto:mumford@ucla.edu . Please include:
- A short name
- A one-line description
- A short description (~few sentences) including any particular limitations or hardware particulars (if relevant)
- Either the source code/script or a URL to the same

FMRIPower-A Power calculation tool for group fMRI studies.

- Description FMRIPower is a useful tool for grant applications and general study planning. It uses an old, similar analysis to the future study of interest to estimate necessary parameters and carry out a power calculation. The input analysis must have been carried out in FSL and the current version allows the user to calculate power for differing numbers of subjects.
