- Supplement goals: This proposal supports modifications and enhancement of the GTRACT diffusion tensor suite. The GTRACT software suite will be integrated with Slicer3 and a Slicer3-compatible graphical user interface created. A users guide and code will be provided.

- Supplement goals: Build an automated and configurable processing and analysis pipeline for functional connectivity analysis. Prepare and distribute documentation describing the rationale and usage of the implemented pipeline. Prepare and distribute the source code and an installation package for using and extending the pipeline in a local environment.

- Supplement<span id="fck_dom_range_temp_1303085334791_640" /> goals: Enhance existing database configuration and interface for the integrated analysis of images so as to make it available to NITRC. The existing database is designed for processing of large datasets and is directly integrated with image acquisition.

- Supplement goals: Enhance statistical tool for detecting significant associations between brain measures and clinical/genetic measures across brain surface. Detailed volumetric and morphological measures of cortical/subcortical regions.

- Supplement goals: Fully document the data calibration and collection tools developed through the Function BIRN and develop a series of tutorials for both users and developers, to increase their usability by the neuroscience and broader research community.
- Parent grant: P01-NS041328 Human Functional Brain Anatomy
- Supplement goals: Make CIGAL (Compilable Imaging, Graphics, and Analysis Language) available to the neuroscience community and develop community standards of interoperability between fMRI behavioral software and image analysis software. CIGAL is software that provides real-time video and audio stimulus presentation, behavioral response monitoring, integration of physiological response recordings, and accurate synchronization with the MR imager.

- Supplement goals: Enhance the MRIcro series of software with new documentation, tutorials, a simpler, interactive interface and flash-based videos for the naïve user. MRIcro provides intuitive tools for mapping regions of interest, flexible image format conversion, calculation of lesion-symptom statistics, and visualization. It was created as part of the parent project.

- Supplement goal: Enhancement, GUI, and tutorial for STAPLE (Simultaneous Truth and Performance Level Estimation) along with test data.

- Parent grant: R01 DC004855 Cortical Spatiotemporal Plasticity in Humans
- Supplement goal: to make software enhancements to NUTMEG and release v3.0; to add content to the NUTMEG website and Wiki pages in order to make it more accessible to users and to developers who may want to enhance the software. NUTMEG (Neurodynamic Utility Toolbox for MEG) is a MEG/EEG analysis toolbox for reconstructing the spatiotemporal dynamics of neural activation and overlay them onto structural MR images.
- Parent grant: R01 MH064498 Investigating Cognitive and Neural Bases of Working Memory
- Supplement goal: provide the software for carrying out constrained : Principal Component Analysis (cPCA) for analysis of fMRI data in order to analyze anatomically distributed but highly interactive circuits or pathways during the performance of behavioral and cognitive tasks. The software package will include a GUI that runs on Matlab, a manual, and example data that can be used in a software demo.
