The tool/resource functions become available through a separate menu that is displayed when you select a tool/resource. Not all of these features are available for every tool/resource. Tool/resource administrators can select the feature they want to use (on the Admin Edit Public Info page), so unused features will not be part of their menu. Tool/resource administrators can also set privileges on some features (by updating observer permissions), making some features only available to their members.

Tools/resources can be found by using the search mechanism in the banner or by browsing by attribute, by top downloads, or by most active through the sub-menu links under the "Tools & Resources" main menu link. If you are a member of a tool/resource you may easily access that tool/resource from My Personal Page in the My Tools/Resources section.
