Only tool/resource administrators can access the Support Admin page. From the Tool/Resource Admin page, click "Support Admin" in the Tool Admin section; from the tool/resource pages, click the "Support" menu link, then click "Admin" at the top of the page. This brings you to the Support Admin page, where you can change the behavior of your Support menu link.

The default behavior for the Support menu link is to open a Support page that displays links to your homepage, all your public forums, trackers, and wiki. You can specify that the Support link go to one of these pages in particular or to some other page or to a mailto: link. To change the behavior of the Support menu link, submit the following information:

Standard Support Options: Select an item from the drop down list to indicate which page should be opened when a user clicks the Support menu link. The specific items in the drop down list are dependent on the features you use for your tool/resource.
None or Other (enter below): (This is always a selection.) If you select this item but enter nothing in the "Custom Support URL" field below, then the Support link opens the default Support page that displays links to all your public forums, trackers, and wiki. If you select this item and enter something in the "Custom Support URL" field, then the Support link follows the custom URL.
Forum - <forum name>: (Only a selection if you have public forums; each public forum is listed.) If you select this item, the Support link opens to this forum.
Tracker - <tracker name>: (Only a selection if you have public trackers; each public tracker is listed.) If you select this item, the Support link opens to this tracker.
Wiki: (Only a selection if wiki is enabled for your tool/resource.) If you select this item, the Support link opens to your main wiki page.
Custom Support URL: If you select "None or Other" above, then you may supply a Web page or e-mail address for support. Leave this field blank to link to the default Support page that displays links to all your public forums, trackers, and wiki.
Web Page: Enter a URL here (for example, http://www.example.com/support.htm), and the Support link opens to the page specified by the URL.
E-mail Address: Enter a mailto: link here (for example, mailto:support@example.com), and the Support link opens the user's mail client to send a message to the specified recipient.
