The BIRNLex files all out on the web server. They can all now be obtained via the following URLs:

   OBO Annotation properties:

   BIRNLex Annotation properties:
       http://www.nbirn.net/birnlex/1.0/BIRNLex_annotation_properties.owl
   BIRNLex-OBO Upper Biomedical Ontology:

   BIRNLex Organismal Anatomy:

They've been tested in the following 3 ways:

   1) Open using URL in the SWOOP RDF editor
   2) Open them locally in Protege OWL v3.3beta (bld373 - the latest build)
   3) Open using URL in Protege OWL v3.3beta (bld373)
