BioPotal Testbed

Daniel Rubin created a new BioPortal testbed, and it's now hosting BIRNLex (in addition to a few other ontologies). We hope that BIRNLex on this platform will serve the BIRN community well, being viewable in a more intuitive manner (BTW--we don't have the graphic view working yet--hopefully will get that once our Chief Architect begins in a couple of weeks).
