Automatic-Segmentation-Amygdala-Subregions
Segmenting extremely small but important brain regions such as the amygdala's subregions are useful in neuroimaging studies of many neurological disorders yet remains a challenging task. We developed a 3D fully convolutional neural network to segment the amygdala and its subregions with high accuracy and robustness.
