Yes NITRC Brain Connectivity Toolbox OS Independent MATLAB The brain connectivity toolbox provides an easy access to a large selection of state of the art complex network measures, which characterize brain connectivity by easily computable and neurobiologically meaningful statistics, and are increasingly utilized in the description of large structural and functional connectivity datasets. The toolbox is available online at http://www.brain-connectivity-toolbox.net, and runs in Matlab. Network measures include those based on degree, clustering, distance, centrality, modularity and motif count. Most measures have weighted and directed variants. In addition, the toolbox contains multiple cortical connectivity datasets acquired using tract tracing and diffusion MRI techniques. There is also a selection of methods for the generation of reference random and ordered networks.
