The goal of this project is provide a framework application for neuroimaging which facilitates the interchange of software tools developed by researchers. BrainImageJava can: o Delineate ROIs in slices along X, Y, or Z axes, with 3D feedback in the other axes. o Create and display triangular mesh surfaces from MRI volumes. o Draw Surfaces-of-Interest (SOIs) in 3D, and edit them in a planar display. o Set Talairach grid on a volume, export an AC/PC stack, and measure the values within each grid unit. 2009-8-28 Beta BIJ-SampleFiles-08_2009 2009-8-28 Beta BIJ-1.0.0-Mac 2009-8-28 Beta BIJ-1.0.0-Win BrainImageJava Other Environment, Java, English, Beta, GNU General Public License (GPL), Data, Mesh Generation, Volumetric Analysis, Developers, End Users, MacOS, Windows, Anatomic, ANALYZE, Other Format, Artifact Removal, Three Dimensional Display, Volume Measurement, Platform or Development Environment, Rendering http://www.nitrc.org/projects/bij/, http://www.nitrc.org/projects/bij/ mraman@stanford.edu
