A robust method for correcting partial volume effect in ASL data

Partial volume correction using modified least trimmed squares (PVC-mLTS) is a software toolbox that can be employed to correct partial volume effect for single inversion-time ASL data.

The software:
(1) Reading and writing images in nifti format;
(2) Implementing Modified least trimmed squares method (mLTS)
(3) Applying mLTS to ASL data for correcting partial volume effect
(3) Computing CBF maps for both GM and WM.

The method is described in the following paper:
Xiaoyun Liang, Alan Connelly, Fernando Calamante. Improved partial volume correction for single inversion time arterial spin labeling data. Magn Reson Med. 2013 Feb;69(2):531-7. doi: 10.1002/mrm.24279.
