How to handle non-dicom files

Detailed description

Need a new tab to collect all non-dicom files found. This tab will be different from the others; it will have a file list, a dropdown which contains a listing of the other tabs, and a button to move the given file into one of the other series. This dropdown needs to be updated whenever a tab name gets changed. The other tabs need to be able to contain the non-dicom file at the end of their file list.
