SPIE workshop tutorial - DTIPrep in Slicer
Description: This training tutorial shows how DTIPrep can be used to QC DWI data. It is based on running it out of Slicer, but can easily be used also for running DTIPrep outside of Slicer (just skip the Slicer related slides)
