The released software is a simple command line executable that requires an input xml file, and simulation is initiated as follows:
tumorsim params.xml
where params.xml provides complete, detailed information about the location of the input anatomical models, the location to store the output files, the initial configuration of the tumor (seed), and the simulation parameters. For details on the xml parameters, please refer to the tutorial xml file included in each release.

In order to run the simulation, you will need to download and decompress the TumorSimInput.zip file and specify the location in the xml file. You will also need to manually create a binary mask image that describes the initial shape of the tumor and include the location of this mask in the xml file.
