BCT Null Model

Hi, I'm starting off with the BCToolbox and I was wandering whether there is any of the "null model" functions thast is typically used to create random characteristic path length and clustering measures. The info on the website is a bit too "zipped" for me to truly understand whether one of them is most typically used..

Hello,

I have just begun using the Brain Connectivity Toolbox, but I am having trouble interpreting the values that matrices that I am receiving when running the scripts in matlab. Is there a help file available which may help me to get started? (i.e., what does it mean to have a modularity value of 0.2 versus 0.1, etc). Thanks,
