Thank you for your reply. I notice that you shared some data on the Zenodo <a href="https://zenodo.org/records/7894431">https://zenodo.org/records/7894431</a>
But I do not have the access to this data. I am wondering whether I could have one set of the data so I can go through the BabelBrain procedure easier.  My ID on Zendod is zxw2006063. Thank you.

Hi Xiaowei,
Sorry I just see this now. You can convert your DICOM to Nifti using tools such as dcm2niix.

The format of T1W image

Hi,
Do the T1W images have to be nifti format for the BabelBrain tool to work? I only got the DICOM datasets. Does that mean I cannot use the tool? Or is there a problem if i convert the DICOM data to the nifti ones?
