  <title>NITRC News Group Forum: important-bug-fix-to-dtitk-quick-look-plugin</title>
  <link>http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=1009</link>
<description>For folks who have tried out the DTITK Quick Look Plugin,

Just want to alert you to an important bug fix to the plugin that I just made available. A colleague discovered that a set of his segmentation images, processed by FAST (part of FSL) and in Analyze format, can not be previewed with the plugin. It turns out that the problem has to do with one of the voxel spacings of these images is negative. Although this is not expected to be an issue for NIfTI images, it can be quite common for Analyze ones. In any case, the new release, version 1.7.5, has patched this issue. You can get it here:

Enjoy!
