  <link>http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=10264</link>
<description>We are pleased to announce the public beta release of BrainNet Viewer 2.0, a major update for human brain connectome visualization.

This release offers three editions: MATLAB Desktop, Python Desktop, and Docker-hosted Web. The MATLAB edition features a redesigned application interface and removes the SPM requirement for supported NIfTI/GIfTI reading. The Python edition runs independently of MATLAB, while the Docker edition provides browser-based access on local port 1031.

Key features include:
• Multi-view brain surface rendering and configurable node and edge visualization.
• Statistical volume-to-surface mapping and atlas-based ROI visualization.
• Interactive inspection with AAL and Brodmann region information.
• Portable Scene saving, display presets, figure export, and surface tools.
• An expanded atlas-network example library, a unified English user manual, and illustrated tutorials.
