  <title>NITRC News Group Forum: brainnet-viewer-2.0.0-released</title>
  <link>http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=10267</link>
<description>BrainNet Viewer 2.0.0 includes MATLAB Desktop, Python Desktop and Docker/Web editions for visualizing brain surfaces, brain networks, volumetric maps and atlas regions.

The release introduces an updated interface, a Python desktop application that runs independently of MATLAB, and browser access through Docker. The MATLAB edition reads supported NIfTI and GIFTI files without SPM. Docker/Web supports local use and authenticated Linux LAN deployment with a separate process for each browser session.

Other updates include atlas network examples, additional colormaps, figure annotations, improved interaction and export recovery, and fixes for Linux desktop controls, dialog focus and hardware reporting. A shared English manual and illustrated tutorials are included.

Download the edition you need from the NITRC Downloads page or GitHub:
