http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=1135 Version 1.1.0 of CMTK, the Computational Morphometry Toolkit, is now available. This release brings the first tools that fully support the command line plugin interface of 3D Slicer. Among these tools are affine and B-spline nonrigid image registration, correction of interleaved image motion artifacts, and MR bias field correction. A new command line tools, also available as Slicer plugin, now performs integrated atlas-based image segmentation. Finally, we fixed a major bug in the native Windows build, which effectively broke multi-threaded computation on that platform.
