Modified version of tio

Hi everyone,

I have modified tio and I was thinking that you could incorporate these modifications on NITRC.
The first modification is reversing the order of old rview/new rview in the printed help so that it is consistent with what tio is actually doing. When rview_old is set to 1, the old dof reader is used. Currently, the help says that 0=old_rview.
The second modification is the addition of a -d parameter that allows the user to get an output transform in doubles instead of floats. This might be useful since some programs only read transforms in doubles.
The last modification is the addition of a parameter to give tio the source image used to compute the transform. This allows the software to compute a translation from the target image center to the source image center and add this translation to the transformation previously computed. The transformation can then be directly used on the original images (source and target) to resample the source image in the target space.
Sincerely,
