Major changes include: * Retirement of OBO-UBO layer: Eliminated the need of BIRNLex-OBO-UBO module (a common bridge between all NIF modules and BFO) to be imported * Content Enhancement and Improvements: o Inclusion of Protein Ontology (PRO) under NIF-Molecule module. + A bridge file has been generated to assign equivalencies between NIF-Molecule and PRO mapping terms (based on exact or synonymous lexical matches). It also places the PRO terms under NIF’s macromolecule.
