  <title>NITRC News Group Forum: official-release-of-1000-functional-connectomes-scripts</title>
  <link>http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=1401</link>
<description>We are pleased to announce the official release of the scripts that supported the initial feasibility analyses recently reported in PNAS (Biswal et al., 2010). The release is comprised of a series of Unix-/Linux-based scripts that can readily batch process the 1000 Functional Connectomes Project dataset (in its entirety or any subset of sites), carrying out both image-preprocessing and individual level seed-based and dual-regression based functional connectivity analyses, as well as ALFF and fALFF. Template images generated through the “meta-ICA” of the 1000 Functional Connectomes dataset are included as well (see Biswal et al., 2010 in PNAS for details).

See 1000 Functional Connectomes Project MediaWiki for instruction manual, and forums for user discussion.</description>
