  <description>Attention Brain Imaging Researchers,

Brain Innovation and Psychology Software Tools are pleased to announce that we will again be conducting our in-depth 2-day workshop dedicated to BrainVoyager QX. We would like to invite you to attend this workshop November 1-2, 2007, prior to the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience in San Diego, California.

Participants of previous workshops have rated the format as both informative and practical. &quot;The combination of lecture, tutorial based hands-on-sessions and access to the developers is invaluable&quot;.

Following the workshop, BrainVoyager QX and other leading fMRI products will be demonstrated at Psychology Software Tools booth #621 at Society for Neuroscience on November 3 - 7, 2007.

BrainVoyager QX is the newest member of the award winning BrainVoyager product family. Rainer Goebel, the designer and lead programmer of BrainVoyager, has improved this powerful fMRI analysis and visualization software with an impressively expanded feature set, intuitive user interface design, multi-platform support, and even faster 2D and 3D analysis visualization routines.

The Brain Innovation staff will be leading a team of BrainVoyager designers and support staff in this hands-on workshop. The workshop provides for both new and experienced users. Both lectures and hands on session will be conducted using BrainVoyager QX. Topics covered will include both basic analysis techniques as well as more advanced methods such as:

* Automatic brain segmentation, surface reconstruction, cortex inflation and flattening
* Working with data acquired from specific scanner vendors
* Cortex-based inter-subject alignment
* Multi-subject Region-Of-Interest analysis
* Scripting, batch mode and programming

Please visit the workshop website for details and registration information:
