My name is Saurabh Jain and I am doing my master's (VIBOT www.vibot.org ) thesis in Hippocampus segmentation. I am using HFH dataset of temporal lobe epilepsy. I wish to know that in the dataset, which are healthy patients and which are epilepsy. Age and gender information is an added value. I would be very thankful if you could provide me this information as it will help me good validation and analysis of my work.

I assure you that I will properly cite the dataset and your paper in my thesis work.

Img file format

Which program should i use to study on BrainMRI Image files with Img file format.
I am using Matlab. But, the "imread" function of Matlab can not support Img file.
