In addition we have a more up to date phenotypic.csv file for that release. To avoid that people who already downloaded the WashU.001.001.tar.gz would have to redownload a complete release, we made the additional subject and new phenotypic file available as a separate download (WashU.Update.tar.gz) next to the original WashU.001.001.tar.gz release.
