ROI Labels for Harvard-Oxford Atlas in ADHD-200 Athena Pipeline

Hi everyone,
I'm working with the ADHD-200 dataset, specifically the data preprocessed with the Athena pipeline. I have access to the ROI time series files extracted using the Harvard-Oxford atlas, which includes 110 ROIs according to the documentation.
However, I haven’t been able to find a file or resource that provides the ROI label names or anatomical regions corresponding to each index.
Does anyone know where I can find the ROI-to-region mapping used in Athena for the HO atlas? Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

File organisation

I have downloaded ADHD200_CC400TCs_filtfix.tar of the ATHENA pipeline.

1. I see that each file, for example, subject OSHU>114123>, has 6 files. 3 prefixed with- sfnw... and the next 3 with- snwm... What do they mean? I need to generate functional connectivity matrices for each subject. Can I just take any of the 6 .1D file?

2. I am unable to understand the column names in the phenotypic file. It has values 0-3. Is there a legend to understand the column names and the expected values ?

3. Some files on the download page have test data separately. Why are these files kept separately ?

4. How do I generate functional correlation matrices for all the files I have downloaded at once?

I downloaded all of the Athena and NIAK data. I will classify, but I don't know how to use this data. How do I create functional connectivity? What data will I provide as input to the classification network? I would be glad if you help.

Hello ,

I am new to Neuroimaging and i want to pursue research on ADHD 200 datasets for classification of ADHD/TD.

As we know that NITRC has made available preprocessed data from 8 different sites , i am having few doubts to start with.

1. Do we need to download data from all 8 sites or few site will work .
2. For a particular site data, what all files i need to download.
3. How to find the ground truth used in the project (e.g. dx = 0,1,2,3 , what is the category corresponding to 2 and 3 ).
4. How to know sequence /processing of different files .
