Thus, we are dropping the "No Derivatives" and "Non-Commercial" terms of the prior release. The atlas data files themselves are unchanged compared with the previous release. If you have previously downloaded the atlas, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN.
